Shofuku brand identity

Perhaps the best meal I ever had was while living in Numazu, Japan - at a small, unassuming ramen joint by the pier called Shofuku. Their speciality is the so-called 'Umai' pork bone broth ramen, which translates to 'Delicious', and it is so true to it's name that years after moving away, and even after turning vegetarian, I still miss it. When I think of businesses that I'd love to work on, Shofuku is top of the list - so it was the perfect brand for my first passion project when I returned to England.
